达立通颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎临床疗效及对炎症细胞因子的影响

Effect of Dalitong Granules combined with quadruple therapy on chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori infection and its effect on inflammatory cytokines

目的 观察达立通颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的慢性胃炎临床效果及对血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的102例Hp感染相关慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各51例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合达立通颗粒治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗后Hp根除率及血清PCT、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-水平变化。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清PCT、IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清PCT、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 达立通颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染的慢性胃炎患者,能够提高临床疗效和Hp根除率,降低炎症因子水平,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Dalitong Granules combined with quadruple therapy on chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and its effects on serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods The 102 patients with chronic Hp infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 51 cases.Control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and observation group was treated with Dalitong Granule on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,Hp radical cure rate,levels of PCT,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group washigher than in control group(P<0.05);the levels of PCT,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in both group were lower than those befeore treatment(P<0.05);serum PCT,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α levels in observation group were lower than those in control group;Hp radical cure rate in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dalitong Granules can improve the radical cure rate of Hp,improve the level of inflammatory factors in treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Hp infection.It is worthy of clinical application.
