摘要
烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD^(+))对细胞生理过程至关重要,直接或间接影响细胞代谢和基因表达。烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)作为NAD^(+)的前体,主要通过参与NAD^(+)生物合成,提高机体NAD^(+)水平,从而起到一定的治疗和预防作用。NMN通过改善细胞生化功能,对心血管疾病、糖尿病、肥胖、神经系统疾病以及衰老相关的病理生理学起到一定的干预作用。该文就NMN在哺乳动物细胞中的生物合成、吸收机制以及其药理作用和安全性等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))plays an important role in cell physiology,affecting cell metabolism and gene expression directly or indirectly.Nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN),a precursor of NAD^(+),mainly participates in the biosynthesis of NAD^(+)to improve the level of NAD^(+),thus playing a certain therapeutic and preventive role.NMN plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,obesity,neurological diseases and the pathophysiology of aging by improving cellular biochemical functions.In this review,the biosynthesis and absorption mechanism of NMN in mammalian cells,as well as its pharmacological action and safety are reviewed.
