菊芋粉对玉米秸秆黄贮效果的影响

Effect of Jerusalem artichoke powder on yellow storage of corn stover

试验旨在研究菊芋粉对玉米秸秆黄贮效果的影响。玉米秸秆中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.30%、0.50%、1.00%菊芋粉,黄贮45 d,检测发酵品质、营养组成及有效能值等指标。结果显示:添加0.05%菊芋粉玉米秸秆黄贮的淀粉与非纤维性碳水化合物含量、干物质与中性洗涤纤维的体外消化率分别提高了77.73%、65.60%、4.48%、12.28%(P<0.01),中性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、酸性洗涤纤维含量分别降低了10.81%、35.69%、9.46%(P<0.01)。研究表明,菊芋粉可以提高玉米秸秆的黄贮效果。

The experiment was to study the additive effect of Jerusalem artichoke powder on yellow storage of corn straw.Add 0.05%,0.10%,0.30%,0.50%,1.00%Jerusalem artichoke powder to the corn stalks to carry out yellow storage for 45 d,and test the fermentation quality,nutritional composition and effective energy value and other indicators.The results showed that the in vitro digestibility of starch and non-fiber carbohydrates,dry matter and neutral detergent fiber increased by 77.73%,65.60%,4.48%and 12.28%,respectively(P<0.01).The content of neutral detergent fiber,crude ash and acid detergent fiber decreased by 10.81%,35.69%and 9.46%,respectively(P<0.01).The study indicates that Jerusalem artichoke powder can improve the yellow storage effect of corn stover.
