桑叶中蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等含量丰富,且富含生物碱、黄酮等生物活性物质,具有促进畜禽生长、提高机体抗氧化能力、改善畜产品品质及增强机体免疫功能等作用,是优良的非常规饲料资源。文章对桑叶的饲用价值及其在牛、羊、鸡和猪等畜禽养殖中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为桑叶作为非常规饲料资源在畜禽养殖生产中的后续研究及应用提供参考。

Mulberry leaves are rich in protein,vitamins and minerals,and are rich in biological active substances such as alkaloids and flavones,which can promote the growth of livestock and poultry,improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,improve the quality of livestock products and enhance the immune function of the body.Mulberry leaves are excellent unconventional feed resources.The paper reviews the feeding value of mulberry leaf and its application in livestock and poultry breeding of cattle,sheep,chickens and pigs,to provide reference for the efficient and scientific utilization of mulberry leaf as an unconventional feed resource in livestock and poultry production.
