摘要
我国幅员辽阔,国情复杂,区域之间的教育发展模式和发展策略各具特色,统一的国家级义务教育质量监测结果无法一一满足各区域对于质量改进提升的多样化要求。本研究基于区域差异所产生的个性化义务教育质量监测的需求,提出构建一套多元、复合、动态的省级义务教育质量监测工作模式的构想,为省级教育部门开展省域内义务教育质量监测工作提供一种可操作的模式,进一步推动全省义务教育质量的均衡化、特色化发展。
The state of China is complex and various.The education development models and development strategies among regions have their own characteristics.The national basic education quality monitoring can not meet requirements of each region for improving education quality.Based on the demand of individualized basic education quality monitoring caused by regional differences,this study proposes ideas of building a set of diversified,complex and dynamic provincial basic education quality monitoring workmode.This workmode will provide an feasible mode for province-level education departments to carry out its own basic education quality monitoring,and promote the balanced and characteristic development of education quality.
