摘要
一支稳定的高质量的中小学劳动教育专业教师队伍是劳动教育顺利进行的前提条件,对劳动教育改革与发展起基础性作用。当前我国中小学劳动教育教师队伍建设在理想状态与现实发展之间,面临着师资队伍供求失衡、师资队伍专业素养差距较大以及师资队伍专业地位亟待提高的困境。基于此提出应完善劳动教育教师职前培养体系,满足劳动教育教师数量需求,改进劳动教育教师培养和培训,增强专业素养以及完善制度保障机制,提升劳动教育教师专业地位。
A stable and high-quality team of teachers specialized in labor education in primary and secondary schools is a prerequisite for the smooth progress of labor education,and plays a fundamental role in the reform and development of labor education.At present,the construction of labor education teachers in primary and secondary schools in my country is between the ideal state and the actual development,and there are dilemmas that the supply and demand of teachers is unbalanced,the gap of professional quality of teachers is large,and the professional status of teachers needs to be improved urgently.Based on this,it is proposed that the orientation training system for labor education teachers should be improved to meet the demand for the number of labor education teachers;the training and training of labor education teachers should be improved,the professional quality should be enhanced,and the institutional guarantee mechanism should be improved to enhance the professional status of labor education teachers.
