摘要
本文以中职数学教学为研究对象,站在人才培育的角度,围绕新时代背景下中职数学教学方式的创新展开研究,希望能够通过分层教学法的引入为中职数学教学带来全新变化。首先,对分层教学法的内涵、原则、要点等内容进行了简要概述;其次,结合现阶段中职数学教学现状,对其中存在的突出性问题进行了深入探究;最后,积极发挥问题导向价值,在上述研究的基础上,从扎实基础、了解学生、明确目标、优化课程、完善评价等几个不同方面,分别介绍了分层教学法在中职数学教学中的运用策略。希望能够借助探究对分层教学法在中职数学教学中的有效运用产生一定的借鉴意义,由此促进中职数学教学改革目标的实现。
This paper takes secondary vocational mathematics teaching as the research object, stands in the perspective of talent cultivation, and focuses on the innovation of secondary vocational mathematics teaching methods under the background of the new era, hoping to bring new teaching changes to secondary vocational mathematics through the introduction of hierarchical teaching method. Firstly, it briefly summarizes the connotation, principles and key points of hierarchical teaching method;Secondly, combined with the current situation of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper makes an in-depth exploration of the prominent problems existing in it;Finally, give full play to the problem-oriented value. On the basis of the above research, this paper introduces the application strategies of layered teaching method in secondary vocational mathematics teaching from several different aspects, such as solid foundation, understanding students, clarifying objectives, optimizing courses and improving evaluation. I hope that with the help of the following exploration, it can play a certain reference significance for the effective application of hierarchical teaching method in secondary vocational mathematics teaching, so as to promote the realization of the goal of secondary vocational mathematics teaching reform.
