摘要
按照课程成绩对学生进行评估分类,有利于全面掌握学生成绩分布的特点,是对学生因材施教,评奖助学金的重要依据,同时为教学研究和管理提供科学的依据。本文通过主成分分析和聚类分析的方法建立数学模型,对生物科学专业2021级103名学生8门基础课程成绩进行综合评价。结果发现,高等数学、大学英语、无机及分析化学和马克思主义基本原理等课程考试成绩对学生综合评估的影响比较大。通过分析我们认为,加强大一新生的数理化基础是非常必要的。同时认为主成分分析和聚类分析是学生成绩综合分析中操作简单、方便,结果可靠的方法。
To evaluate and classify students according to their course scores is conducive to comprehensively understanding the characteristics of the distribution of students’ scores. It is an important basis for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,award and grant, and provides scientific basis for teaching research and management. In this paper, a mathematical model was established by principal component analysis and cluster analysis to comprehensively evaluate the scores of 8 basic courses of 103 students majoring in biological science in grade 2021. The results show that the test scores of advanced mathematics, College English,inorganic and analytical chemistry and Basic Principles of Marxism have great influence on students’ comprehensive evaluation.Through the analysis, we believe that it is very necessary to strengthen the basis of mathematics and physics of freshmen. At the same time, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis are simple, convenient and reliable methods in the comprehensive analysis of student achievement.
