An Analysis of the Cultivation of College Students’ Core Socialist Values Based on Traditional Chinese Poetry

社会主义核心价值观根源于中华优秀传统文化,其涵养与培育必须立足于中华优秀传统文化。中华传统诗词是中华优秀传统文化中的精华,具有言简意深、句靓音谐的艺术风格特点和可以“兴”“观”“群”“怨”的社会功能,特别适宜涵养和培育具有较高文化素养的大学生的社会主义核心价值观。要围绕大学生社会主义核心价值观的涵养和培育,探索将中华传统诗词进行“创造性转化和创新性发展”,充分发挥大学第一课堂主渠道的引领作用、第二课堂寓教于乐的辅助作用和第三课堂即网络课堂润物无声的浸润作用,并使三者有机融合,使之成为大学生社会主义核心价值观涵养与培育的有效途径。

Rooted in traditional Chinese culture, therefore, the cultivation of core socialist values should be based on the traditional Chinese culture. Chinese poetry is the essence of traditional Chinese culture. It can be expressed in simple words but it has profound meanings. And it is made up of excellent sentences and harmonious pronunciations. Meanwhile, it has some social functions,such as inspiration, observation, association, complaints and so on. Therefore, it is particularly suitable to cultivate the socialist core values of college students with high cultural quality. It is important to take some effective measures to accomplish the goal that traditional Chinese poetry should be creatively transformed and innovatively developed centered on the cultivation of core socialist values. Teachers should also make the best use of the leading role of the main channel of the first classroom, the auxiliary role of the second classroom teaching through entertainment and the silent infiltration role of the third classroom and the online classroom, and make them organically integrated, and become the effective methods of the cultivation of college students’ core socialist values.
