This paper expounds the teaching and career objectives of the communication specialty,the problems in the course teaching of the communication specialty, the teaching practice of the communication specialty course based on the career objectives, and discusses how to promote the combination of theory and practice in the course teaching, strengthen the interactive link in the course teaching, establish the employment oriented course teaching system, and strengthen the communication and cooperation with enterprises in the course teaching.
