基于博弈论的废旧快递纸箱回收定价策略研究 被引量:2

Research on the Pricing Strategy of Waste Express Carton Recycling based on Game Theory

摘要 针对快递纸箱消耗大、回收低、废纸进口多的问题,研究了政府奖惩下闭环供应链废旧快递纸箱回收与定价的决策问题,结合废旧快递纸箱的回收渠道与回收分流处理的特点,分别建立了四个博弈模型:政府奖惩下第三方单独回收、联合回收的合作与非合作机制.研究发现,在非合作机制中政府碳税政策可以提高快递纸箱的售价,联合回收时还可以提高快递纸箱回收价、二次回收价、转让价,而政府针对第三方回收中心的奖惩政策在提高纸箱回收价的同时降低了纸箱转让价.在合作机制中,政府的奖惩政策可以提高快递纸箱售价与回收价,第三方单独回收时不存在协调机制实现帕累托最优,而联合回收时可能存在协调机制实现帕累托最优. In recent years,consumers'demand for express carton boxes has increased rapidly.However,consumers often discard reusable or recyclable package carton boxes directly after opening the package,which exacerbates the problems of waste of resources and environmental pollution.In this paper,a closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)model is developed,four cases are studied respectively:the government implements reward and punishment policy in non-cooperative situation with third-party collector(Case JFD);the government implements reward and punishment policy in cooperative situation with third-party collector(Case JFC);the government implements reward and punishment policy in the non-cooperative situations where third-party cooperate with the retailer for recycling(Case JFLD);the government implements reward and punishment policy in the non-cooperative situations where third-party cooperate with the retailer for recycling(Case JFLC)With t he comparison and analysis of the equilibrium,the main results are showed as follows.1)Case JFD and Case JFLD result in higher the retail prices,and Case JFLD results in higher the recycling prices,secondary recycling prices,transfer prices.2)The government's reward and punishment policy can increase the retail prices and recycling prices of express carton boxes.There is no coordination mechanism to achieve Pareto optimality in the Case JFC,and there may be a coordination mechanism to achieve Pareto optimality in Case JFLC Our paper extends and complements prior research that has studied CLSC under the government's reward and punishment policy by combining express carton recycling methods and recycling characteristics.
