新媒体环境下的大学英语口语教学研究

英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言,在我国从小学到大学的教育体系中一直扮演着重要的角色。但是在传统的英语教学模式中,教师往往只注重诸如单词、语法、阅读能力、写作能力等英语理论知识的教授,而忽视了考查学生的英语口语能力。这种落后的教学模式显然不适用于经济高度全球化的今天。如今,无论出国留学还是进入外企工作,甚至在我们的日常生活中,都会经常遇到需要运用英语口语的机会。在这个时代背景下,培养学生优秀的英语口语表达能力已经成为新时代大学英语教学的迫切要求。随着新媒体技术逐步进入大学英语教学中,也为探索大学英语口语教学提供了新思路。

As the most widely used language in the world, English has always played an important role in Chinese education system from primary school to university. But in the traditional English teaching mode, teachers usually simply focus on the teaching of English theoretical knowledge such as vocabulary, grammar, reading ability, writing ability, etc., while ignoring the examination of students’ oral English ability. This backward teaching model is obviously not suitable for today’s highly globalized economy. Nowadays, whether studying abroad or working in foreign companies, or even in daily life, people often encounter opportunities to use spoken English. Under the background of this era, cultivating students’ excellent oral English expression ability has become an urgent requirement of college English teaching. With the gradual entry of new media technology into college English teaching, it also provides new ideas for exploring college oral English teaching.
