地方高校英语教师信息素养现状及培养策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对当前地方高校英语教师信息素养发展的现状及存在的问题,从信息素养的本质内涵入手,重点探讨了英语教师信息素养培育的策略与方法,揭示了现代信息技术与英语课堂教学一体化全新教学模式改革关键点。同时,根据地方高校“新工科”“卓越工程师培养计划”“工程教育专业认证”及“双万计划”专业技术人才培养的现实需求,文章提出地方高校英语教师信息素养培养应体现出常态化、特色化,培育建设“活力课堂”“VR技术”“定制式培训”等有特色的亮点工作,充实教学理论和实践内容,为全面提升教师信息素养和协同育人成效奠定基础,以更好地适应新形势下英语教育教学改革发展的需求。 In view of the current situation and problems of English teachers’ information literacy in local colleges and universities, based on the essence of information literacy, this paper focuses on the strategies to train English teachers’ information literacy, and reveals the key points of the new teaching mode that integrate modern information technology and English classroom teaching. Meanwhile, due to the actual demand of the professional talent training for “new engineering” “outstanding engineers training” “project certification” and “double ten-thousand project” in local universities, this paper also indicates that the training of English teachers’ information literacy in local colleges and universities should be normative and characteristic. In order to meet the needs of English education reform and development in the information age, it is necessary to cultivate and construct “vigor classroom” “VR technology” and “customized training” which will enrich the teaching theory and practical content, as well as lay a foundation for comprehensively improving teachers’ information literacy and educational effectiveness.
