摘要
采用环氧树脂CYD-127、环氧丙烷丁基醚、聚醚胺D-230及异氟尔酮二胺(IPDA)开发了一种适用于RTM工艺的胺固化环氧体系,并以其制得了碳纤维复合材料。通过粘度、力学性能测试及示差扫描量热分析研究了稀释剂用量及固化剂复配比例对体系性能的影响。结果表明,稀释剂质量分数为18%,IPDA与D-230的质量比为3∶1时体系的综合性能最好,粘度(25℃)<300 mPa·s,适用期达到115 min。树脂浇铸体的拉伸强度>70 MPa,拉伸模量>3 GPa,断裂伸长率>6%,弯曲强度>120 MPa,弯曲模量>2.5 GPa,冲击强度>60 kJ/m~2,玻璃化转变温度为90~100℃。其采用RTM成型技术制备的碳纤维复合材料的剪切强度>45 MPa,弯曲强度>300 MPa。
The amine-cured epoxy system suitable for RTM process was developed using epoxy resin CYD-127,propylene oxide butyl ether,polyetheramine D-230 and isophoronediamine(IPDA),and its carbon fiber composite material was obtained.The effects of diluent amount and the compounding ratio of curing agent on the performance of the system were investigateed by viscosity and mechanical property tests and differential scanning calorimetry analysis.The results showed that when the mass fraction of diluent was 18%and the mass ratio of IPDA to D-230 was 3∶1,the comprehensive performance of the system was the best.The viscosity(25℃)was less than 300 mPa·s,and the pot life reached 115 min.The tensile strength,tensile modulus,elongation at break,flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of resin castings was more than 70 MPa,3 GPa,6%,120 MPa,2.5 GPa,and 60 kJ/m~2,respectively.The glass transition temperature was 90-100℃.The shear strength of the carbon fiber composite material prepared by the RTM molding technology was greater than 45 MPa,and the flexural strength was greater than 300 MPa.
