摘要
在新时代高校党建“双创”背景下,开展党建品牌建设是高校全面加强党的建设、推进落实立德树人根本任务、实现高质量发展的有力抓手,对于高校提高党建工作水平、提升人才培育质量具有重要意义。当前,高校基层党建工作品牌建设存在系统性不强、品牌趋同性高和实效性不显著等问题。本文分析了深圳职业技术学院开展党建工作品牌创建经验模式:做好顶层设计,以“一党委(总支)一品牌、一支部一特色”为思路,采取项目化管理策略;贴合专业特色,聚焦所在院系特色与专业紧密结合,打造专业特色鲜明的党建品牌,形式百花争鸣;突出组织育人,项目要具有实践性、针对性和操作性,对人才培养产生积极作用并形成经验模式。
Under the background of“double creation”of party building in universities in the new era,constructing the party building brand is a powerful tool to comprehensively strengthen party building,promote the implementation of the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people,and achieve high-quality development.It is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training.At present,the brand building of the grassroots party building work in universities has problems such as weak systematization,high brand convergence and insignificant effectiveness.The paper introduces the exploration and practice of party brand building in Shenzhen Polytechnic.Measures include:performing a good top-level design,with the idea of“one brand for one party committee(branch)and one feature for one branch”;adopting the project management strategy of“application,establishment,cultivation and evaluation”;according to major features,closely integrating the characteristics of each school with its major to create a party brand building with distinct major features and various forms;highlighting organizational education,with a practical,relevant and operational project,having a positive effect on talent training and setting a role model.
