Notch信号通路在脓毒症机体免疫调控中的作用

The role of Notch signaling pathway in immune regulation of sepsis

摘要 脓毒症是由于机体受到严重感染后发生的炎症反应紊乱,进而导致以器官功能障碍为表现的临床综合征。脓毒症的发生、发展及预后与机体免疫调控十分密切,其本质主要为由早期的过度促炎反应状态逐渐进展为晚期的免疫抑制状态,导致机体抗炎无效而危及生命。Notch通路作为一种高度保守的信号通路,其具有调节细胞生长和分化能力,并参与调控各种炎症性疾病的发生和发展。近年来,Notch信号通路在脓毒症的发生和发展中的重要作用引起广泛关注。该文主要对Notch信号通路在脓毒症机体免疫调控中的作用进行综述。 Sepsis is a clinical syndrome manifested by organ dysfunction due to disordered inflammatory response after severe infection.The occurrence,development and prognosis of sepsis are closely related to the immune regulation of the body.The essence of sepsis is that the state of excessive proinflammatory response in the early stage gradually progresses to the state of immunosuppression in the late stage,which leads to the body′s inability to resist inflammation and endangers life.As a highly conserved signaling pathway,Notch pathway has the ability to regulate cell growth and differentiation,and participates in the occurrence and development of various inflammatory diseases.In recent years,the important role of Notch signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of sepsis has attracted extensive attention.This article mainly reviews the role of Notch signaling pathway in immune regulation of sepsis.
