摘要
目的 比较预成纤维桩与可塑纤维桩修复残根残冠对患者咀嚼功能的影响.方法 选取2016年1月-2018年10月西宁市第一人民医院收治的60例行残根残冠修复患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机数字表法分组,每组30例,对照组给予可塑纤维桩修复治疗,观察组给予预成纤维桩修复治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后咀嚼功能、修复成功率以及并发症发生情况.结果 两组患者治疗前咀嚼效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组咀嚼效率明显更高且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者修复成功率分别为93.9%、72.7%,两组修复成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访患者并发症发生情况,结果显示观察组为6.1%,与对照组的24.2%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 口腔预成纤维桩修复残根残冠,对患者咀嚼功能改善作用显著,成功率高、并发症少,可予以推广.
Objective To compare the masticatory function between the prefabricated fiber spost and the plastic fiber post.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,60 patients with residual roots and crowns in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Each group was randomly divided into 30 cases by computer numerical table method.The control group was given plastic fiber post repair treatment,and the observation group was given prefabricated fiber post repair treatment.The masticatory function,repair success rate and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in chewing efficiency between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the chewing efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher and the dfference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The success rates were 93.9%and 72.7%,respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The complications of the patients were followed up,and the results showed that the observation group was 6.1%,which was significantly different from the control group's 24.2%.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The restoration of residual roots and crowns with pre formed fiber post can improve the masticatory function of patients significantly,with high success rate and few complications,which can be popularized.
