摘要
目的 分析特殊教育结合感觉统合训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的效果.方法 选取2021年2月-2021年9月遵义市第一人民医院收治的90例ASD患儿进行研究,按随机数字表法分组,均采用特殊教育进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合感觉统合训练进行治疗,在入组时、治疗12周及24周后采用自闭症治疗评定量表(ATEC)、儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)、儿童自闭症行为量表(ABC)对治疗效果进行观察并比较临床疗效.结果 观察组患儿疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗12周及24周后两组患儿CARS评分、ATEC评分和ABC评分均较入组时明显降低,且观察组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 感觉统合训练与特殊教育联合治疗对ASD患儿行为状态和自闭程度改善作用显著,临床疗效好.
Objective To investigate the effect of special education comhined with sensory integration training on children with autism spectrum disorders.Methods 90 children with ASD treated in Zunyi first people's Hospital from February 2021 to Septemher 2021were selected for the study,and were divided into groups according to the random numher table method,all were treated with special education,and the observation group was treated with sensory integration training on this basis,at the time of enrollment,12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment,all were evaluated with autism treatment Rating Scale(ATEC),children's Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and children's Autism Behavior Scale(ABC),the clinical effects were compared.Resul ts The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Affer 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the scores of CARS,ATEC and ABC in the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the scores in the ohservation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The combination of sensory integration training and special education can significantly improve the behavioral state and autism degree of ASD children,and the clinical effect is good.
