摘要
目的 评价应用美无痕医用生物胶处理小儿腹腔镜下阑尾切除术手术切口的临床价值.方法 筛选徐州医科大学附属医院小儿外科2020年1月-2021年6月收治的急性阑尾炎患儿100例,所有患儿均采取腹腔镜下阑尾切除手术方式.通过随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组50例,对照组50例.观察组患儿采用美无痕医用生物胶粘合手术切口,对照组患儿手术切口则采取可吸收缝线缝合方式,比较两组患儿手术切口缝合时间,术后初次下床活动时间,切口甲级愈合率,术后疼痛评分,术后切口瘢痕评分,切口美观满意度.结果 观察组患儿手术切口缝合时间、术后初次下床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后24小时、48小时疼痛评分,切口瘢痕评分明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用美无痕医用生物胶处理小儿腹腔镜下阑尾切除术手术切口,效果良好,可减轻患儿术后疼痛,减少切口瘢痕形成,家长满意度高,有较高的临床推广价值.
Ob jective To evaluate the clinical value of the treatment of laparoscopic appendectomy incision in children with Meiwuhen medical bio-glue.Methods 100 children with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.All children were treated by laparoscopic appendectomy.The children were randomly divided into ohservation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The children in the observation group were treated with Meiwuhen medical bio-glue to glue the surgical incision.While those in the control group were sutured with absorhable sutures.The suture time of incision,the time of getting out of bed for the first time after operation,the grade A healing rate of incision.postoperative pain score,postoperative scar score and incision aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The suture time of incision and the first time of getting out of bed after operation in the ohservation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of incision in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score at 24 and 48 hours after operation and incision scar score in the ohservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of laparoscopic appendectomy incision in children with Meiwuhen medical bio-glue has a good effect,which can reduce postoperative pain,reduce incision scar formation,high satisfaction of parents,and has great valueofclinical promotion.
