碘125粒子植入治疗肺癌的疗效及对肿瘤标志物的影响分析

Effect of iodine 125 seed implantation on lung cancer and tumor markers

目的 探讨碘125粒子植入治疗肺癌的疗效及对肿瘤标志物的影响.方法 将2019年9月-2021年9月湖北省中医院收治的150例肺癌患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组75例给予GP化疗方案治疗,观察组75例在此基础上给予碘125粒子植入治疗,观察两组的免疫功能指标、血清肿瘤标志物、生活质量,并比较两组的有效率和不良反应发生率.结果 两组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)均降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、糖蛋白抗原199均降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、糖蛋白抗原199均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后整体功能评分均升高(P<0.05),特异症状评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后整体功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),特异症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相近(P>0.05).结论 GP化疗方案联合碘125粒子植入治疗可提高肺癌患者的免疫功能,改善血清肿瘤标志物水平,提高生活质量,有效率高且不良反应少.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of iodine 125 seed implantation in the treatment of lung cancer and its effect on tumor markers.Methods 50 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from Septemher 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.75 patients in the control group were treated with GP chemotherapy,and 75 patients in the observation group were treated with iodine 125 seed implantation.The immune function indexes,serum tumor markers and quality of life of the two groups were observed,and the effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,carcinoembryonic antigen,neuron specific enolase and glycoprotein antigen 199 decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and carcinoembryonic antigen,neuron specific enolase and glycoprotein antigen 199 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the overalfunction score increased(P<0.05)and the specific symptom score decreased(P<0.05),and the overall function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the specific symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05):the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conc lusion GP chemotherapy combined with iodine 125 seed implantation can improve the immune function,improve the level of serum tumor markers and improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
