摘要
目的 检测分析亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药基因.方法 选取25株亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌作为试验对象,采用多聚酶链反应(PCR)法检测并分析其耐药基因携带情况.结果 25株亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌除对复方新诺明较敏感外,对其他药物均耐药.25株(100.00%,25/25)亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌,碳青霉烯酶耐药基因OXA-23和OXA-51的检出率为100.00%,氨基糖苷类耐药基因ant(3″)-Ⅰ、aac(6′)-Ⅰ和armA的检出率为96.00%,耐消毒剂相关基因qacE△1为68.00%.结论 该院分离自临床标本的亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制与碳青霉烯酶耐药基因OXA-23、OXA-51和氨基糖苷类耐药基因ant(3″)-Ⅰ、aac(6′)-Ⅰ、armA及耐消毒剂相关基因qacE△1有关,应当加强临床院内感染针对性措施的制定.
Object ive The resistant gene of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter baumanni was detected and analyzed.Methods 25 strains of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter haumannii were selected as the test objects,and their drug resistance genes were detected and analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results The 25 strains of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were resistant to other drugs except that they were sensitive to cotrimoxazole.Among 25 strains(100.00%,25/25)of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter baumanni,the detection rate of carbapenem resistant genes OXA-23 and 0XA-51 was 100.00%,the detection rate of aminoglycoside resistant genes ant(3″)-I,aac(6′)-I and armA was 96.00%,and the detection rate of disinfectant resistant gene qac E△1 was 68.00%.Conc lusions The drug resistance mechanism of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter baumanni isolated from clinical samples in our hospital is related to carbapenem resistant genes OXA-23,OXA-51,aminoglycoside resistant genes ant(3″)-I,ac(6′)-I,armA and disinfectant resistant gene qac E△1,which reminds that the formulation of targeted measures for clinical nosocomial infection should be strengthened.
