脊柱微调手法对比麦肯基疗法治疗产后腰痛的临床研究

Clinical observation of spinal fine-tuning versus McKenzie therapy for postpartum low back pain

目的:对比研究脊柱微调手法与麦肯基疗法治疗产后腰痛的疗效分析,扩宽PLBP的诊疗思路,为临床提供一种操作精准、疗效更优的防治方案。方法:采用随机数字表法,将74例产后腰痛患者分为试验组(脊柱微调手法治疗)37例和对照组(麦肯基疗法)37例,对比治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Roland-Morris功能障碍量表(RMDQ)、临床疗效。结果:①治疗前与治疗后比较两组VAS评分、RMDQ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组VAS评分、RMDQ评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率(94.59%)优于对照组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法均有效,且相较于麦肯基疗法,脊柱微调手法更能减轻患者疼痛,改善患者功能。

Objective:To study the efficacy analysis of spinal fine-tuning techniques and McKingenkey therapy in the treatment of postpartum low back pain,to broaden the diagnosis and treatment of PLBP,and to provide a more effective prevention and treatment plan for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 74 patients with postpartum low back pain were divided into 37 cases in the experimental group(spinal fine-tuning manual therapy)and 37 cases in the control group(McKenzie therapy)by randomized numerical table method,and the visual simulation score(VAS)and Roland-Morris dysfunction scale(RMDQ)before and after treatment were compared.Results:(1)The difference in VAS scores and RMDQ scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS scores and RMDQ scores in the post-treatment experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment(94.59%)was better than that of the control group(78.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both treatments are effective,and compared with McKenzie therapy,spinal fine-tuning techniques can reduce patient pain and improve patient function.
