摘要
目的:作为药食两用的经济作物,豆科植物白扁豆(Dolichos lablab L.,DLL)在种植过程中无法避免农药使用和残留。随着国家对食品安全问题的日渐重视,农药残留监控体系的建立成为现阶段必不可少的任务,而高分辨率质谱监控体系已经成为痕量农药监测的主要研究方法。本文对云南省的15个产地所产的白扁豆的522种农药残留进行检查,并分析了检出农药的膳食风险,为白扁豆的食用、售卖和种植提出理论依据。方法:采用固态萃取-UPLC-MS/MS联用技术,通过离子对监测方法对药典规定的522种习用农药建立了监测体系。结果:在白扁豆中,药典规定的522农药中有18种被检测出残留,分别涵盖了杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂、有机杀螨剂、植物生长调节剂和杀鼠剂,其中:氧甲拌磷(杀虫剂)在各批次中均有检出,氨氟灵(除草剂)在13批次的白扁豆中均有检出,鼠立死(杀鼠剂)在其中9批次的白扁豆中均有检出。结论:检出的18种农药均处于较低的风险水平,但为考虑食品安全性,仍需对农户中氧甲拌磷的使用加以监控。
Objective:Dry seeds of Lablab Semen Albums(Dolichos lablab L.),a traditional food and medicinal plant,belongs to the families Beenakiaceae.It is difficult to avoid pesticide usage during cultivation.With the increasing emphasis of the safety issue in healthcare organizations,establishment of a quality control system in pesticide residues has therefore become an urgent need at this stage.And high-resolution mass spectrometry(MS)has emerged as an alternative to classical assays.In our study,we selected a genuine producing area of Lablab Semen Albums in the Yunnan Province as our study area,and 522 pesticide residues has been given for screening of Lablab Semen Albums.And the risk assessment of pesticide detected was estimated based on the results of the survey on residual pesticides.This study provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation,sale and eat.Method:UPLC-MS/MS UPLC in tandem with MS and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)methods were created for the detection of pesticide residues which were limited in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.Result:Total 18 pesticide residues were detected in all samples in white lupin,which included herbicides and plant growth regulators,insecticides,fungicides,fumigants,and rodenticides.Phoratoxone were detected in all samples,dinitramine were detected in 13 samples,and crimidine were detected in 9 of all samples.Conclusion:The pesticide use behaviors were at a low level,with a tendency towards a high level of pesticide use behaviors.However,its safety as food has not been considered comprehensively.So it was better to restrictions Intensification of pesticide usage controls.
