处理方式对唾液污染后氧化锆与树脂粘接强度的影响

摘要 目的:体外研究唾液污染后氧化锆经不同方式处理后与树脂粘接强度的变化。方法:制备氧化锆试件80个(9 mm×9 mm×3 mm),分成8组,分别为阴性对照组(C组):喷砂-底涂剂;阳性对照组(N组):喷砂-唾液污染-水冲洗-底涂剂;Zirclean组(A组):A1组为喷砂-唾液污染-Zirclean清洁剂-底涂剂;A2组为喷砂-底涂剂-唾液污染-Zirclean清洁剂-底涂剂;A3组为唾液污染-Zirclean清洁剂-喷砂-底涂剂;Ivoclean组(B组):B1、B2、B3各组处理顺序同A组对应组,仅清洁剂改为Ivoclean。每组选取2个试件,扫描电镜观察其表面。制作树脂样本(高度4 mm、直径4 mm)64个,将其以通用型树脂水门汀粘接于试件上,包埋,万能实验机测量剪切强度,显微镜(×10)下记录其断裂模式。结果:8组试件间剪切强度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。B1组剪切强度较A1组高,A2组剪切强度较A1高,B2组剪切强度较B1、B3组高(P<0.05)。各组试件的断裂模式均主要是内聚破坏。结论:Zirclean和Ivoclean均能提升唾液污染后氧化锆与树脂的粘接强度。在喷砂-底涂剂-唾液污染-清洁剂-底涂剂的顺序下氧化锆与树脂的粘接强度更高。 Aim:To explore the changes of bonding strength between zirconia and resin under different treatment methods in vitro.Methods:A total of 80 zirconia specimens(9 mm×9 mm×3 mm) were randomly divided into 8 groups,which were negative control group( group C):sandblasting-primer;positive control group( group N):sandblasting-saliva contamination-water rinse-primer;Zirclean groups:group A1 was sandblasting-saliva contamination-Zirclean cleaner-primer;group A2was sandblasting-primer-saliva contamination-Zirclean cleaner-primer;group A3 was saliva contamination-Zirclean cleanersandblasting-primer;Ivoclean groups:group B1,B2 and B3 were treated in the same order as group A1 to A3,with only changing cleaner to Ivoclean.Two specimens were randomly selected from each group and their surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy.Sixty-four resin samples( height = 4 mm,diameter = 4 mm) were made and glued to zirconia specimens with universal resin cement for embedding.The shear strength and fracture mode were recorded by universal material machine and microscope( × 10),respectively.Results:The difference in shear strength between the 8 groups of specimens was statistically significant( P < 0.001).The shear strength of group B1 was higher than that of group A1,the shear strength of group A2 was higher than that of group A1,and the shear strength of group B2 was higher than those of group B1and B3( P < 0.05).The fracture mode of each group of specimens was mainly cohesive failure.Conclusion:Both Zirclean and Ivoclean could improve the bonding strength between zirconia and resin after saliva contamination.The zirconia bonding strength is higher in the cleaning sequence of sandblasting-primer-saliva contamination-cleaner-primer.
