警惕数字劳动新陷阱

Watch Out for New Traps of Digital Labor

数字劳动是数字经济新业态、新模式下催生的新型劳动形态,已成为与传统劳动共在的劳动范式,并已成为推动经济社会发展的重要引擎,但在资本逻辑规制下,数字技术被资本逻辑钳制异化为资本逐利工具,资本借由数字化之手继续行剥削之实。数字劳动极易成为奴役、压迫和剥削人的异化劳动形式,人们不可避免地陷入资本所挖设的自由、自控、自主陷阱。在数字经济发展中遵循以人为本的核心要义,完善公正有序的制度保障,坚守智慧共享的价值追求,实现人们自觉自愿劳动和全人类解放二者的关联互促,在实现劳动异化消解和人类本质意义复归中探寻经济社会发展的文明之道。

Digital labor is a new form of labor brought into being by new modes and patterns of digital economy. It has now become a new vocation like other forms of labor as well as a new engine for propelling social and economic development. But under confinement of the logic of capital, digital labor has turned into a tool for capital to gain profits, and as such is exploited by capital. Thus digital labor, like other forms of labor, is likely to become enslaved, oppressed and exploited where capital dominates. People engaged in digital labor frequently fall into the booby traps of freedom, self-control and autonomy laid by capital. By revealing the trend of alienation of digital labor under the capital-dominated logic, the present study attempts to explore a new model for development of new economy different from the capital-dominated model, placing at its core the people-centered philosophy, the setup of institutions that ensure justice and fairness, the pursuit for knowledge-sharing values, the achievement of willingness-based labor and emancipation of mankind, and the return to the essential meaning of human labor where alienation of labor is out of question and where economy and society develop in more salient ways.
