五味子木脂素治疗神经精神疾病作用机制及药物相互作用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 五味子木脂素是中药五味子的主要活性物质,具有广泛的药理作用,尤其是对神经精神疾病的治疗作用,近年来展开了大量深入的研究。五味子木脂素可通过调节神经递质,抗氧化应激,抑制神经炎症反应,抑制细胞凋亡等途径发挥对阿尔茨海默病、抑郁、焦虑等疾病的治疗作用。五味子木脂素的生物转化及代谢清除过程中细胞色素P450酶系和药物转运体发挥了关键作用,临床上含有五味子木脂素的药物常与其他药物联合应用,合并用药时可能会发生基于药物代谢酶和转运体介导的药物相互作用。现对五味子木脂素治疗神经精神疾病的分子机制及药物相互作用进行归纳总结,以期为五味子木脂素进一步的实验研究和临床应用奠定基础。 Schisandra lignans are the main active substances of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,which have a wide range of pharmacological effects,especially in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.In recent years,massive research on neuropsychiatric diseases have been conducted.Schisandra lignans exert effects in the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease,depression,anxiety and other diseases by regulating neurotransmitters,anti-oxidative stress,inhibiting neuroinflammatory response and inhibiting cell apoptosis.Cytochrome P450 and drug transporters play a key role in the biotransformation and metabolic clearance of Schisandra lignans.In clinical practice,drugs containing Schisandra lignans are usually combined with other drugs to treat diseases,and in drug combination,drug interactions based on drug-metabolizing enzymes and mediated by transporters may occur.This article summarized the molecular mechanism of Schisandra lignans in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases and the drug interactions,providing a foundation for further experimental research and clinical application of Schisandra lignans.
