Operational Standard for Eye Acupuncture Rehabilitation Therapy with Retention Needles of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Techniques

眼针带针康复疗法是指眼针疗法与现代康复技术有机结合,根据康复对象不同的功能障碍,选取“眼针八区十三穴”对应穴区进行埋针,留针期间同步进行各种康复训练的一种疗法。制定眼针带针康复疗法技术操作规范主要目的是规范管理和指导中医专业技术人员正确使用眼针带针康复疗法进行康复治疗。本标准通过对眼针带针康复疗法的技术范围、规范性引用文件、定义和术语(眼针物理疗法、眼针作业疗法、眼针言语训练、眼针认知康复训练、眼针止痛康复技术)、操作步骤与要求(眼针针具选择、取穴原则、体位选择、环境要求和操作方法等)、主要适应证、禁忌证、注意事项等方面进行规范制定。本标准适用于指导各级各类医院及医疗机构的中医专业技术人员开展眼针带针康复疗法,具有较好的适用性和有效性。
