不同澄清剂对中性医药玻璃澄清效果的影响

Effects of Different Refining Agents on Clarification Effect of Neutral Pharmaceutical Glass

中性医药玻璃具有优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性,被广泛应用于药物、食品等包装领域。本文研究了氧化物澄清剂CeO_(2),卤化物澄清剂NaCl和复合澄清剂NaCl-CeO_(2)、NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3)对中性医药玻璃澄清效果的影响,定量分析了气泡熔占比、气泡个数、气泡平均直径的变化规律,探究出适用于中性医药玻璃的澄清剂。研究结果表明,中性医药玻璃液中加入NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3)后,气泡熔占比较低,气泡个数较少,气泡平均直径较大,添加NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3)时澄清效果要优于NaCl和CeO_(2)。当加入0.4%(质量分数)NaCl-0.20%(质量分数)CeO_(2)-0.0050%(质量分数)NaNO_(3)时,在升温至1550℃后3 h内,中性医药玻璃液的气泡熔占比降至0.6%,气泡个数减少到3个,气泡平均直径为0.60 mm,澄清效果较佳。

Due to its excellent chemical stability and thermal stability,neutral pharmaceutical glass is widely used in pharmaceutical,food and other packaging fields.In this paper,the effects of oxide refining agent CeO_(2),halide refining agent NaCl,and compound refining agent NaCl-CeO_(2) and NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3) on the clarification effect of neutral pharmaceutical glass were studied.The changes of area fraction,number of bubbles,and mean bubble size were quantitatively analyzed,and the refining agent suitable for neutral medical glass was explored.The research results show that after adding NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3) to the neutral pharmaceutical glass liquid,the area fraction and number of bubbles are smaller,and the mean bubble size is larger.Thus,the clarification effect of adding NaCl-CeO_(2)-NaNO_(3) is better than adding NaCl and CeO_(2).When 0.4%(mass fraction)NaCl-0.20%(mass fraction)CeO_(2)-0.0050%(mass fraction)NaNO_(3) is added,within 3 h after the temperature raising to 1550℃,the area fraction of neutral pharmaceutical glass is reduced to 0.6%,the number of bubbles is reduced to 3,and the mean bubble size is 0.60 mm,the clarification effect is better.
