Al_(2)O_(3)含量对PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃析晶行为与烧结性能的影响

摘要 PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃粉体是耐高过载低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)生瓷带的主要组成部分。玻璃粉体的析晶行为影响烧结性能,进而决定基板的使用性能。本文研究了Al_(2)O_(3)含量对PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃析晶行为与烧结性能的影响。结果表明:向PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系玻璃中引入Al_(2)O_(3)可抑制玻璃析晶,防止高膨胀晶相的析出,并提高玻璃烧结密度;不含Al_(2)O_(3)的PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)玻璃粉体析晶峰温度为862℃,烧结过程中析出方石英晶相,20~200℃的平均线膨胀系数高达260.8×10^(-7)℃^(-1);引入2.1%(质量分数)Al_(2)O_(3)可显著抑制玻璃析晶,700℃烧结后膨胀系数降低至72.9×10^(-7)℃^(-1),介电常数显著增大,由6.30提高至7.02。 PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass powder is the main component of low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC)raw green tape with high overload resistance.The crystallization behavior of glass powder affects the sintering performance,and then determines the performance of substrate.The effect of Al_(2)O_(3) content on crystallization behavior and sintering performance of PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass was studied.The results show that the addition of Al_(2)O_(3) into PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass can reduce the trend of crystallization,prevent the precipitation of high expansion crystalline phase and improve the sintering density of glass.The crystallization peak temperature of PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass powder without Al_(2)O_(3) is 862℃,and cristobalite phase precipitates during sintering,which makes the average coefficient of linear expansion reach 260.8×10^(-7)℃^(-1) at 20~200℃.The addition of 2.1%(mass fraction)Al_(2)O_(3) into PbO-CaO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass can significantly reduce the crystallization capability of glass,and the expansion coefficient decreases to 72.9×10^(-7)℃^(-1) after sintering at 700℃,with significantly increased dielectric constant from 6.30 to 7.02.
