均腐土典型剖面生物化学特征分异规律

Differentiation of Biochemical Characteristics of Typical Profiles of Isohumisols

摘要 为研究黑龙江均腐土典型剖面特征的分异规律,以均腐土8个典型土系(富牧西系、春雷南系、保国系、明水系、大西江系、新发北系、卫星农场系、裴德系)为研究对象,采用室内分析方法,分析了8个土系土壤酶活性和土壤化学性质的变化特征,并探讨了二者之间的关系。结果表明:随着土壤发生层的增加,均腐土的化学性质均呈降低趋势,其中,湿润均腐土腐殖质层有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效磷含量均高于干润均腐土;均腐土4种酶除蔗糖酶外,土壤酶活性均表现为干润均腐土>湿润均腐土;蔗糖酶与有机碳、全氮、全磷呈显著相关,且有机碳与全氮亦呈显著相关,揭示出蔗糖酶在一定程度上可表示均腐土土壤的质量水平,同时,在中国土壤系统分类研究中可将蔗糖酶活性作为划分均腐土的定量指标。 In order to study the typical characteristics of the differentiation of Isohumisols in Heilongjiang province,eight typical soil series of the Isohumisols(Fumuxi Series,Chunleinan Series,Baoguo Series,Mingshui Series,Daxijiang Series,Xinfabei Series,Weixingnongchang Series and Peide Series)were studied.The indoor analysis method was used to analyze the changes of soil enzyme activity and soil chemical properties of eight soil series,and the relationship between them was discussed.The results showed that the chemical properties of soil enzymes decrease with the increase of soil occurrence layer.Among them,the content of organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and available phosphorus in the Moist Isohumisols humus layer was higher than that of the Dry Isohumisols;in addition to the sucrase,there were four enzymes for soil enzyme activity.Isohumisols indicated:Dry Isohumisols>Mosit Isohumisols;Sucrase was significantly correlated with organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus,and organic carbon was also significantly correlated with total nitrogen,it is revealed that the invertase can indicate the quality level of Isohumisols to a certain extent.At the same time,the sucrase activity can be used as a quantitative index for the classification of Isohumisols in the Chinese soil system classification.
