柱后衍生离子色谱法与现行国标方法测定水环境中六价铬的比对研究 被引量:3

Comparison of Ion Chromatography with Post-column Method and with Current National Standard Methods for Determination of Hexavalent Chromium (Ⅵ) in Water Environment

摘要 建立了柱后衍生离子色谱法测定水环境中六价铬方法,并与现行2种国标方法进行比对。结果表明,该方法准确性高、稳定性好、检测限低、特异性强、样品预处理简单,应用于实际样品分析获得了满意的测定结果,与国标方法比对没有显著性差异,有力地补充了国内现行水质中六价铬测定的方法。 A method for the determination of hexavalent chromium(VI)in water environment by ion chromatography with post—column method was established,and compared with the existing two national standard methods.The results show that the method has high accuracy,good stability,low detection limit,strong specificity and simple sample pretreatment.Satisfactory results were obtained by applying the method to actual sample analysis.There was no significant difference compared with the national standard methods.It effectively supplements the standard methods for determination of hexavalent chromium(VI)in water in China.
