摘要
幼儿园教师专业发展是促进学前教育高质量发展的前提。通过自编问卷,从专业理念、专业知识、专业能力、家园共育四个维度,调查广州市898名幼儿园教师专业发展现状,发现广州市幼儿园教师专业发展整体水平中等偏上,在年龄、教龄、学历和月薪上存在显著差异。进一步分析发现广州市幼儿园教师专业发展存在如下问题:信息技术掌握程度低,专业能力亟须提高;专业发展个体差异大,培训却被“一刀切”处理;职业权益未得到保障,专业发展被制约。为此,提出推进学前教育信息化发展进程,促进幼儿园教师专业能力的提升;以精准培训为手段,加快幼儿园教师队伍专业发展;优化专业发展投入机制,切实提高幼儿园教师待遇和保障职业权益等策略,以期促进幼儿园教师的专业发展,推动学前教育高质量发展。
The professional development of kindergarten teachers is the premise of promoting the high quality development of preschool education. Through the self-designed questionnaire,the professional development status of898 kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou was investigated from the four dimensions of teachers’ professional concept, professional knowledge, professional ability and home education. It was found that the overall professional development level of kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou was above average, and there were significant differences in age, teaching years,educational background and monthly salary. Further analysis showsthe following problems in the professional development of kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou: The level of mastery of information technology is low,and professional capacity needs to be improved urgently;Individual professional development is very different,but the method of training is one size fits all;Occupational rights and interests are not effectively protected and professional development is restricted.In order to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers and promote the high quality development of preschool education,it is therefore proposed to promote the informatization development process of kindergarten teachers and their professional ability, accelerate the professional development of kindergarten teachers by means of precise training,optimize the professional development investment mechanism of kindergarten teachers,and effectively improve the treatment and protect the professional rights and interests.
