“新师范”背景下教师教育实践课程改革探索 被引量:2

摘要 为落实“新师范”建设“深化师范生人才培养模式改革,强化职前教师教学实践能力培养”的要求,针对教育实践课程存在的“教学理论与教学实践剥离、教学技能与专业发展割裂、职业认知与职业素养缺失”等弊病,构建“三力”“五协同”教师教育伙伴合作模式,优化“教、学、研、训”一体化的伙伴合作关系,优化“协同、融合、多元”教育实践协同培养模式,有效地促进教学实践课程体系的重构及内容的优化,强化师范生职业素养和教学实践能力,同时助力提升在职教师的专业素养,推动区域的教研教改,探索出“新师范”建设背景下中小学教师职前培养与职后培训一体化的专业发展新范式。 In order to implement the requirements of the construction of“New Normal University”,deepening the reform of the talent cultivation model of normal university students,strengthening their practical ability training,in view of the shortcomings of educational practice curriculum,such as the separation of teaching theory from teaching practice,the separation of teaching skills from professional development,and the lack of professional cognition and professional accomplishment,etc.Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts build a partnership model of teacher education with“Three Driving Forces”and“Five Synergies”.This model can optimize the cooperative partnership of the integration of teaching,learning,research and training,optimize the cooperative training mode of“Cooperation,integration and pluralism”in teaching practice,effectively promote the reconstruction of the teaching practice curriculum system and the optimization of its content,and strengthen the professional quality and teaching practice ability of normal school students.At the same time,this model isconducive to improve the professional quality of in-service teachers,promote the regional teaching reform,and explore a new pattern of professional development of pre-service and post-service training of primary and secondary school teachers under the background of the“New Normal”development.
