摘要
健全立德树人落实机制,扭转不科学的教育评价导向,高校思想政治理论课(简称“高校思政课”)具有不可替代作用。面对百年未有之大变局和办好人民满意教育的时代诉求,高校思政课正处于教学内容及其考核方式的变革调整中。思政课的考核机制是否具有科学性,是否体现时代性,是否突出政治导向性,是衡量高校思想政治教育工作实效性的重要指标,也是从根本上解决传统考核方式存在不足的基本指引。从实践来看,新时代高校思政课考核,要逐渐形成覆盖理论与实践环节、线下与线上课堂,动态立体的教评结合考核机制;要构建起考核目的与方式多维、评价主体多维,知行复合、过程与结果复合的思政课多维复合型考核体系。
The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities has an irreplaceable role in improving the implementation mechanism for cultivating morality and cultivating people and reversing the unscientific orientation of educational evaluation.In the face of the great changes unseen in a century and the demands of the times to ensure the satisfactory education for the people,ideological and political courses in universities(referred to as“ideological and political course in colleges and universities”)are undergoing the reform and adjustment of teaching content and assessment methods.Whether the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political courses is scientific,whether it reflects the times,and whether it highlights the political orientation,is an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and also a basic guide to fundamentally solve the shortcomings of traditional assessment methods.From practical perspective,the assessment of ideological and political courses should gradually form a dynamic and three-dimensional assessment mechanism which covers theory,practice,offline and online classes;It is necessary to build a multi-dimensional composite assessment system for ideological and political courses,which includes multi-dimensional assessment purposes and methods,multi-dimensional assessment subjects,integration of knowledge and practice,and combination of process and results.
