金湖乌凤鸡体重与体尺的通径分析

Path analysis of weight and body size of Jinhu Wufeng chicken

为了研究金湖乌凤鸡体重与体尺的关系,选用150日龄金湖乌凤鸡70羽(公、母各半),测定其体重(Y)、体斜长(X_(1))、龙骨长(X_(2))、胸宽(X_(3))、胸深(X_(4))、胫长(X_(5))、胫围(X_(6))、胸角(X_(7)),以体重为自变量,体尺指标为因变量进行相关性分析和通径分析。结果表明:金湖乌凤鸡公鸡体斜长(X_(1))、胸宽(X_(3))、胫围(X_(6))与体重(Y)呈极显著相关(P<0.01);母鸡除胸角(X_(7))与体重不显著相关(P>0.05)外,其余性状与体重呈极显著相关(P<0.01),体斜长(X_(1))、胸宽(X_(3))是影响公鸡体重最主要的体尺指标,公鸡的通径系数为P_(1)=0.824、P_(3)=0.203,最优回归方程为Y=-1575.935+137.899X_(1)+30.439X_(3);龙骨长(X_(2))、胸宽(X_(3))是影响母鸡体重最主要的体尺指标,母鸡的通径系数为P_(2)=0.813、P_(3)=0.233,最优回归方程为Y=-694.567+161.638X_(2)+41.051X_(3)。

In order to study the relationship between the weight and body size of the Jinhu Wufeng chicken,70150-day-old Jinhu Wufeng chickens(half male and half female)were selected for the test,it's body weight(Y),body oblique length(X_(1)),keel length(X_(2)),chest width(X_(3)),chest depth(X_(4)),tibia length(X_(5)),shin circumference(X_(6)),chest angle(X_(7))were determined,take body weight as the independent variable,the body size index performs phase differentiation analysis and path analysis for the dependent variables.The results showed:The body length(X_(1)),chest width(X_(3)),and shin circumference(X_(6))of the Jinhu Wufeng chicken were significantly correlated with body weight(Y)(P<0.01),hens except chest horn(X_(7))is not significantly related to weight(P>0.05),the remaining traits are very significant with body weight(P<0.01),body oblique length(X_(1))and chest width(X_(3))are the most important body size indicators affecting the weight of roosters,the diameter coefficients of the rooster are P_(1)=0.824 and P_(3)=0.203,the optimal regression equation is Y=-1575.935+137.899X_(1)+30.439X_(3);keel length(X_(2))and chest width(X_(3))are the most important body size indicators affecting the weight of hens,the diameter coefficient of the hen is P_(2)=0.813 and P_(3)=0.233,the optimal regression equation is Y=-694.567+161.638X_(2)+41.051X_(3).
