鸭肉中硝呋烯腙残留检测提取方法探究

摘要 探索鸭肉中的硝呋烯腙残留物前处理的提取方法,确定采用0.1%三氯乙酸水提取,提取液经乙腈盐析,正己烷液液分配去脂,基质固相分散净化后用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行定量检测。该方法能有效排除杂质干扰,而且快速、简便、准确,可用于鸭肉中硝呋烯腙残留量的测定。 The extraction method of nitrovin residues from duck via pre-treatment has been explored by using 0.1%trichloroacetic acid for water extraction,salting out with acetonitrile,Liquid-liquid distribution of n-hexane to removed lipids,the extracting solution is measured by ultra-performance liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometry after being matrix solid phase dispersion purification.This method of determinating the amount of nitrovin residue in duck is efficient,simple and accurate by eliminating interference effectively.
