MSCT三种后处理技术对外伤性肋骨骨折的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(MSCT)三种后处理技术[容积重建(VR)、二维多平面重建(MPR)、骨拉伸(BR)]对外伤性肋骨骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2021年4月在安康市人民医院就诊的92例外伤性肋骨骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受MSCT检查,并使用VR、MPR、BR技术重建CT图像。将手术结果作为参照,比较不同MSCT后处理技术诊断外伤性肋骨骨折的价值。结果92例患者中共163处肋骨骨折,其中29处非完全性骨折,占比17.79%,48处完全性骨折,占比29.45%,18处断端移位,占比11.04%,68处粉碎骨折,占比41.72%;MSCT后处理VR、MPR及BR技术的肋骨骨折检出率分别为81.60%、89.57%、96.93%,MPR、BR技术的检出率明显高于VR技术,BR技术的检出率明显高于MPR,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSCT三种后处理技术中的BR技术能够更加直观、清晰地显示外伤性肋骨骨折情况,其检出率优于MPR、VR等传统后处理技术,具有较高的临床诊断价值。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three post-processing techniques of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)[volume reconstruction(VR),two-dimensional multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),and bone stretching(BR)]for traumatic rib fractures.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with traumatic rib fractures who were treated in Ankang People's Hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent MSCT examinations and used MSCT post-processing techniques(VR,MPR,and BR)to reconstruct CT images.Taking surgical results as a reference,the value of VR,MPR,and BR techniques in the diagnosis of traumatic rib fractures were compared.Results There were 163 rib fractures in 92 patients,including 29 incomplete fractures(accounting for 17.79%),48 complete fractures(29.45%),18 broken ends displaced(11.04%),and 68 comminuted fractures(41.72%).The detection rates of rib fractures in VR,MPR,and BR after MSCT were 81.60%,89.57%,and 96.93%,and the detection rate were significantly higher in MPR and BR than VR,and also in BR than MPR(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the three post-processing techniques of MSCT,BR technique can show rib fracture more intuitively and clearly,and its detection rate is better than traditional post-processing techniques such as MPR and VR,which has high clinical diagnostic value.
