摘要
针对相控阵雷达导引头面临的高集成度、高热耗和严酷力热环境条件等问题,分析了相控阵雷达导引头主要热源情况,开展了相控阵雷达导引头的热控设计研究。根据相控阵雷达导引头研制过程中面临的多种工况下的散热需求,给出了多种热设计方案,包括高效热传导和高效储热,同时总结了相控阵雷达导引头热设计技术的发展趋势,为相控阵雷达导引头的热设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the problems such as high integration,high thermal consumption and severe heat environment conditions faced by phased array radar seeker,the main thermal source of the phased array radar seeker is analyzed,and the thermal control design research of the phased array radar seeker is carried out.According to the heat dissipation needs under the different work conditions,a variety of thermal design schemes are given,including highefficiency thermal conduction and efficient heat storage.At the same time,the development trend of the thermal design technology for phased array radar seeker is pointed out.It provides the reference for the thermal design of the phased array radar seeker.
