穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of acupoint application for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的:比较穴位贴敷或穴位贴敷联合其他疗法与西药疗法在治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国维普全文数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库等,检索时间为建库起至2021年5月;辅以手工检索漳州卫生职业学院图书馆过刊资料库。中文检索词为腹泻、泄泻、穴位贴敷法、贴敷、敷贴、穴位敷贴等,搜集有关穴位贴敷或穴位贴敷联合其他疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名评价者独立提取资料并进行方法学质量评估,质量评价参照Cochrane系统评价员手册5.0.1标准,数据分析采用Stata 15.1软件。结果:最终纳入23个RCT。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床总有效率优于西药疗法对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷或穴位贴敷联合其他疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征较西药治疗有一定优势。

Objective:To assess the different efficacy of acupoint application versus medication therapies for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:All randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupoint application for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were searched from Chinese databases(CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang,CBM).Search time was limited from their inception to May 2021.Two evaluators extracted the data independently and evaluated the methodological quality.Cochrane handbook for systematic reviews 5.0.1 was taken as a reference to quality evaluation of the included studies and the Stata 15.1 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 23 RCTs were included.The meta-analysis showed that the efficacy of acupoint application was superior to medication Therapies(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of acupoint application is superior to medication therapies for diarrhea-predominant irritablebowel syndrome.However,the exact effect needs to be confirmed in well-designed and large-sampled clinical trials.
