摘要
为解决高强芳纶短纤纱线及织物开发的难题,以高强对位芳纶短纤为主要原料,对比清梳联梳理、清梳联梳理后成条仪梳理、直接成条仪梳理3种不同梳理方式及梳理工艺对纤维成纱性能的影响,在此基础上试纺完成高强芳纶纤维/导电纤维98/2混纺环锭纱线的纺纱工艺流程设计,得到能用于织造高性能防护服的纱线。结果表明:梳理工序是决定芳纶纱线质量的关键步骤;相较传统棉型清梳联装置,转杯成条仪梳理有助于减少棉结,提高纤维伸直平行度,使纤维得到更加充分地梳理,且操作简单,流程可控,对原料要求低、浪费小,更适合高性能纤维纱线的试纺和研发。
In order to solve the problems in the development of yarn and fabric of high strength aramid staple fiber,taking high strength para-aramid staple fiber as the main raw material,the effects of three different carding methods and carding processes of blowing-carding unit carding,roving instrument carding after blowing-carding unit carding,roving instrument carding on yarn forming properties of fibers are compared.On this basis,the spinning process design of high strength aramid fiber/conductive fiber 98/2 blended ring spining yarn is completed by trial spinning,and the yarn that can be used for weaving high performance protective clothing is obtained.The results show that the carding process is a critical step to determine the quality of aramid yarn.Compared with the traditional type of cotton carding unit,rotor roving instrument carding can help to reduce neps,and improve fiber straight parallel degree,to make the fiber card more fully;it is simple in operation,controllable in process,low requirement to the raw materials,small in waste,so it is more suitable for high performance fiber yarn spinning and R&D.
