摘要
为提高精炼机淋洗槽的耐腐蚀性、减少辫子丝,阐述淋洗槽结构与工作原理;将淋洗槽材质由904L不锈钢优化为钛板,淋洗方式由两侧淋洗优化为单边淋洗并开槽;通过优化前后试验对比,结果表明:改进后的淋洗槽耐腐蚀性好、避免了异物掉落造成纤维污染;使用周期长,降低成本,安全可靠性提升;减少辫子丝和非计划停车次数,延长压辊、轧车辊的使用寿命,提高纤维产品品质。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the leaching tank of the refining machine and reduce the pigtail yarns,the structure and working principle of the leaching tank are expounded.The material of the leaching tank is optimized from 904L stainless steel to titanium plate,and the leaching method is optimized from two sides to single side and slotted.The experimental comparison before and after optimization shows that the improved leaching tank has good corrosion resistance and avoids fiber pollution caused by foreign object dropping;the improved leaching tank has long service life,reduces cost,and improves safety and reliability;the pigtail yarns and unplanned stop times are reduced,the service life of compaction roller and rolling roller are extended,and the quality of fiber products is improved.
