Application of LXC-966D Low Hardness Cots

为了延长胶辊使用周期、降低损耗、提高纺纱质量,通过LXC-966D型低硬度胶辊与原车胶辊分别纺制集聚纺CJ 7.29 tex纱、集聚赛络纺CJ/M 60/409.72 tex纱、环锭纺CJ/T 60/4014.58 tex纱,从成纱质量指标、使用周期以及对细纱状态、断头与损耗的影响3个方面,分析了LXC-966D型低硬度胶辊的使用效果;并从磨砺、表面处理、生产环境及设备3个方面系统阐述了LXC-966D型胶辊的使用经验。指出:LXC-966D型胶辊弹性好且变形小、稳定性优良、适纺性较好,使用周期约为30 d,比原车胶辊提高50%;胶辊损伤小,断头减少,对于降低规律性纱疵效果明显。

In order to prolong the service cycle of cots,reduce the loss and improve the spinning quality,compact spinning CJ 7.29 tex yarn,compact-siro spinning CJ/M 60/409.72 tex yarn and ring spinning CJ/T 60/4014.58 tex yarn are spun with LXC-966D low hardness cots and the original cots respectively.The application effect of LXC-966D low hardness cots is analyzed from three aspects of yarn quality index,service period,influence on spinning state,breakage and cots loss.The application experience of LXC-966D cots is systematically described from three aspects of grinding,surface treatment,production environment and equipment foundation.It is pointed out that LXC-966D cots have good elasticity,small deformation,good stability and good spinnability.The service cycle is about 30 days,and is 50%higher than that of original cots;the damage of cots is small,the breakage is reduced,and the effect on reducing regular yarn defects is obvious.
