摘要
为探究体育舞蹈有无课程思政干预对大学生心理健康的影响,采用心理测量法、数理统计法等对240名大学生进行体育舞蹈有无课程思政干预的调查研究。结果显示,体育舞蹈课程思政较无课程思政设计在提高大学生自信心和主观幸福感心理层面隐育效果要好,且无性别差异,自信心和主观幸福感不存在相关性。
To explore the effects of ideological and political intervention in sports dancing course on college students'mental health,by using psychological measurements and mathematical statistical methods,a survey of 240 college students on whether there is ideological and political intervention in sports dancing course.The results show that the ideological and political education in sports dancing course is better than that of no ideological and political education in improving college students'self-confidence and subjective well-being,and there is no gender difference.There is no significant correlation between self-confidence and subjective well-being.
