摘要
针对新能源场站的复杂环境,本文以智能手表、车载定位及船舶AIS定位为载体,开发了一套人车船管理系统。该系统以场站需求为驱动,通过多元融合定位技术、微型心率监测技术、eSIM数据传输技术全量采集底层数据,通过数据纳管与上层应用开发,实时监测人员、车辆和船舶信息。同时创新地将超速告警与电子围栏结合,探索新型监管模式,开展新能源场站人员、车辆与船舶的高效监管,为风电场考核评价提供依据,切实为新能源安全生产和科学管理赋能。
In view of the complex environment of the new energy station,In this paper,a set of Man,vehicle and ship management system is developed based on smart watch,vehicle positioning and ship AIS positioning.Driven by the production demand of the station,the system collects the bottom data in full through high-precision satellite positioning technology,micro heart rate monitoring technology and eSIM data transmission technology,monitors the information of personnel,vehicles and ships in real time through data management and upper application development.At the same time,it innovates the combination of over speed alarm and electronic fence,explores a new regulatory mode,carries out efficient management of personnel,vehicles and ships in the new energy station,provides basis for the assessment and evaluation of the wind farm,and effectively empowers safe production and scientific management of new energy.
