外军延时伤员救治现状与思考

Current situation and thoughts of prolonged casualty care in the treatment of war wounds in foreign countries

延时伤员救治是近年外军根据循证研究和战伤救治实践,结合未来对抗需求提出的战伤救治最新理念。本文拟从野战外科的角度,围绕延时伤员救治的总体原则,就其产生背景及实践意义,核心内涵及基本理念,相关技术运用的基本要求等进行初步探讨,助力我国提高战创伤救治能力。

Prolonged casualty care(PCC)is the latest concept proposed by foreign military experts in recent years,based on evidence-based research and practice of combat casualty care,after considering the needs of great power competition in the near future.From the perspective of field surgery,focusing on the general principles of PCC,this review intends to make a preliminary discussion on the background and practical significance of PCC,its core connotation and basic principles,and the basic requirements in applying related techniques,in order to improve our medical support ability for future warriors.
