摘要
辐射传热是决定高温窑炉热效率的主导因素,高发射率红外辐射涂层通过强化辐射传热,可实现工业窑炉的节能。主要介绍了工业窑炉用红外辐射涂层的节能机制和涂覆方法,综述了红外辐射涂层的相关研究进展,分析了现阶段红外辐射涂层应用过程中存在的问题,并对未来的发展前景进行了展望。
Radiation heat transfer is the dominant factor affecting the thermal efficiency of high-temperature kilns.High-emissivity infrared radiation coatings can realize energy saving of industrial kilns by enhancing the radiation heat transfer.The energy saving mechanism and the coating methods of infrared radiation coatings for industrial kilns were mainly introduced.Related research progress of infrared radiation coatings was reviewed.The problems existing in the application of infrared radiation coatings at present were analyzed,and the future development was prospected.
