摘要
依据GB/T 33298—2016,利用风量调节法测定柴油十六烷值,使用由抚顺石油研究院与上海沪顺石化装备有限公司联合研究制造的十六烷值测定机,评估出厂柴油十六烷值测定结果的不确定度。结果表明:不确定度主要由十六烷值的重复性测量、十六烷值参比燃料混合器、十六烷值机校准及气量表的分辨率引入;不确定度主要来源于试验过程中重复性测定;取包含因子k=2,十六烷值测量系统的扩展不确定度为0.4。
The diesel cetane was measured by air volume regulationin GB/T 33298-2016,according to the method,the uncertainty of the cetane determination results of the factory diesel oil was evaluated using the cetane determination machine jointly researched and produced by Fushun Petroleum Research Institute and Shanghai Hushun Petrochemical Equipment Co.,Ltd.The results showed that the uncertainty was mainly introduced by the repetitive measurement of the cetane value,the cetanereference fuel mixer,the uncertainty introduced calibration and the resolution of the gasvolume meter.Taking the inclusion factor,k=2,the extended uncertainty for the cetane measurement system was 0.4.
