老旧小区适老化室内设计改造研究

Research on the Interior Design and Renovation of Old Residential Quarter Suitable for Aging

我国人口老龄化逐渐增加,老旧小区老年人的养老居住环境问题急需妥善安置。当前,社会上主要的养老方式是:居家养老、小区养老、养老院,但养老院的数量和费用根本无法适应现代老年人养老需要。基于此,本文通过深入分析城镇老旧小区适老化室内设计改造情况,同时针对现状提出老旧小区养老功能的细节的优化改造措施,深度贴合老年人居家养老需求,以期解决居家养老的难点,为我国社会人口老龄化发展提供有效帮助。

The aging of Chinese population is increasing gradually.The elderly living environment in the old community needs proper settlement.At present,the main ways of providing for the aged in the society are:home care,residential care,nursing homes,but the number and cost of nursing homes simply cannot meet the needs of modern elderly care.Based on this,this paper,through in-depth analysis of the interior design renovation of the old urban residential areas suitable for aging,and according to the current situation,put forward the detailed optimization and renovation measures of the old residential care function,deeply fit the needs of the elderly home care,in order to solve the difficulties of home care,and provide effective help for the development of social population aging.
