微镶嵌马赛克是一种将直径微小的彩色玻璃或彩色珠宝嵌片排列成有序、有图案的微型装饰工艺。传统微镶嵌马赛克因其唯一性、独特性、手工性特征难与现代工业生产兼容,无法规模化生产,难以大众传播。基于此,本文探究了微镶嵌马赛克材料的创新应用,通过有机材料创新解决了微镶嵌工艺中传统材料易断裂、着色单一、难以批量生产等问题,研发出可替代的有机材料并解决相应技术问题,从而实现微镶马赛克首饰的现代化生产。

Micromosaic is a kind of miniature decoration process in which stained glass or colored jewelry inserts with tiny diameters are arranged in an orderly and patterned manner.Traditional Micromosaic is difficult to be compatible with modern industrial production because of its uniqueness,uniqueness and manual characteristics,and it is difficult to scale production and mass communication.Based on this,this article explores the innovative use of micro mosaic materials,micro mosaic has been solved by the organic material innovation process in the traditional material easy to fracture,single color,difficulty in batch production,the development of alternative organic material and solve the problem of corresponding technology,so as to realize the modernization of microscope mosaic jewelry production.
