神东矿区智能集中润滑系统研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统的手工润滑方式需要人工下井频繁采用手动注油的方式对煤矿机械进行补脂,若不能按照要求定时、定量注油或者注油量时多时少会导致使设备润滑达不到最佳状态,进而缩短设备的使用寿命;且设备的润滑检修业务具有分散性强、润滑点数量多、工作环境恶劣,注油过程中存在安全隐患等不利因素。针对以上问题,研发了一套智能集中润滑系统,介绍了智能集中润滑系统结构设计,详细阐述了智能集中润滑系统主要技术参数及指标以及系统关键技术。通过实际应用表明,智能集中润滑系统可根据不同设备的润滑要求,实现远程控制设备各润滑点定时、定量及自动加油,提高了润滑检修业务的工作效率,减少了日常维护量,减少了设备故障率,取得了良好的经济效益。 The traditional manual lubrication method requires frequent manual oil injection for coal mining machinery.If the oil cannot be injected regularly or quantitatively as required,or if the amount of oil is too much or too little,the equipment lubrication will not reach the optimal state,thus shortening the service life of the equipment;in addition,the lubrication maintenance business of the equipment is characterized by strong dispersion,large number of lubrication points,bad working environment,and potential safety hazards during oil injection.Aiming at the above problems,a set of intelligent centralized lubrication system is developed.The structural design of the intelligent centralized lubrication system is introduced,and the main technical parameters and indicators and the key technologies of the system are described in detail.The practical application shows that the intelligent centralized lubrication system can realize the remote control of the timing,quantitative and automatic oiling of each lubrication point of the equipment according to the different lubrication requirements of the equipment,improve the working efficiency of the lubrication maintenance business,reduce the amount of daily maintenance,reduce the equipment failure rate,and obtain good economic benefits.
